One is advised not to take foods which are like or similar to earth and water for example yogurt, cheese sweets, screams, meets ,heavy foods and to take opposite foods like, ginger, tea hot vegetable, soup and Spices like pepper, cloves and cinnamon.
Ayurveda considers the human being as a part of nature. In other towards, the nature (microcosm) and human being (microcosm) are having in relationship of whole and part. Here the whole and part are having same characteristics but then never become equivalent.
Our body is a million year old healing system ,and our spirit holds the deep wisdom that can guide us toward becoming our body best self. Ayurveda is a unified system that can awaken our inner ancient wisdom and integrate this with our modern lifestyle. The magic of it is that it involves nothing more expensive or Complex than adapting our diet and Lifestyle routine to natural principles of healthy living.
