Suvarna Prashan is a kind of Sanskar among various types of Sanskar mentioned in Ayurveda. Here, suvarn means gold and prashan means lick. Ayurveda was used to enhance the immunity of the children from ancient times, this is a type of Ayurvedic immunization process. It is a unique Ayurvedic preparation which enhance immunity and health. Suvarna prashan can be done in children from birth to 16 years of age. In general, the development of intellect in children is 90% completed till the age of 5 years. Thing you have to pay attention to?

  • The best time to give Suvarna Prashan in children is empty stomach in the morning.
  • First of all, give one month continuous Swarn Prashan, after this Suvarna Prashan should be done in the Pushya Nakshatra which means that every 27th days is coming.
  • Swarn Prashan should not be kept in the refigerator or in very hot temperature.
  • Not to eat anything for half an or half an hour after the children have to go to sleep.
  • Suvarna Prashan shoud always be done according to the Ayurvedic Pediatrician’s advice.
